HJR 60                                                                       
Representative Green moved and asked unanimous consent that the                
House consider the Senate message (page 3341) on the following at              
this time:                                                                     
                                                                               
HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 60                                                 
Opposing the designation of millions of acres of Alaska as critical           
habitat for the Spectacled Eider and the Steller's Eider.

There being no objection, it was so ordered.                                   
                                                                               
                                                                               
Representative Green moved that the House concur in the Senate                 
amendment to HJR 60, thus adopting SCS HJR 60(RES) am S, and                   
recommended that the members vote yes.
